More Golden Age goodness.

Barry Dale is Atoman, who appeared in Atoman from Spark Publications. He's a nuclear scientist at the 'Atomic Institute' who absorbs the power of the atom, giving him 'atomic vision' among other standard powers.

Gary Preston is The Flame, appearing in Wonderworld from Fox Features, created by Will Eisner. A bunch of Tibetan lamas teach him mastery over the flame and, naturally, he uses that to fight crime.

Looks like you've been bitten by the Golden Age bug...

Naturally.

These are great. You really have a knack for bringing these characters back, and making them look really cool!

Have you been reading The Twelve?
I think you'd dig it.
Unfortunately, I currectly lack the funds to read any monthly comics. I'll look for the trade. I did see some of the designs for it as I was searching for reference. It looks interesting. Alan Moore is also reviving a lot of Golden Age characters in Tom Strong and Alex Ross is doing it with Superpowers. It's a good time for those Golden Age guys. I hope the men who created them are getting some sort of acknowledgement in those books.
